Unlike many cosplay stores that operate on pre-order systems, we maintain inventory of our most popular costumes so they can ship within 1-2 days of ordering. Our entire business model is built around getting quality cosplay gear to you quickly and reliably.

Yes! Each product page includes detailed sizing charts and measurements. If you need help determining the right size, our customer support team can provide guidance based on your measurements.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders enter our processing system quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to cosplayers worldwide! However, we currently cannot ship to Asia and select remote areas due to logistical constraints. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods to fit your needs and budget:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – for orders over $50 via EMS, delivers in 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days before they’re shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.
I have a convention coming up – when should I order?
For events like Comic-Con, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance and selecting Standard Shipping to ensure your costume arrives with time for any adjustments. Don’t cut it close – give yourself a buffer!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
While we work with reliable carriers to minimize issues, sometimes delays happen. If your package is significantly overdue or tracking shows problems, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The costume must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if my costume arrives damaged or has defects?
We carefully inspect all costumes before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Do you offer exchanges for wrong sizes?
Yes! If you need a different size, contact us within 15 days of receipt. Provided the replacement size is in stock and the original costume is in unworn condition with tags attached, we’ll help you exchange it.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged/defective items or our errors, we’ll cover return shipping.

Do I need to create an account to order?
No! You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders more easily and saves your information for future purchases.

What are your customer service hours?
