📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our cosplayers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ❌ Hoodies that have been removed from original packaging
  • ❌ Any items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery
  • ❌ Products missing tags, labels, or original packaging

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

4 Ship to Us

Send your package to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
