🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cosplay purchase. While we strive for perfection in every costume, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- ⏰ Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date
- 🎁 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- 🧾 Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our cosplayers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- 🎮 Game Costumes (due to specialized customization and intricate details)
- 👕 Hoodies that have been removed from original packaging
- 🚫 Any items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery
- 🏷️ Products missing tags, labels, or original packaging
🔄 The Return Process – 5 Easy Steps
Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Send your package to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
